Due to their immense size, all units are disassembled into modular components and shipped via heavy-duty freight carriers in reinforced industrial crates.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship to most major global ports. Please note that customs clearance and local oversized load permits are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is the warranty period for a new unit?
Every robot comes with a 2-year standard manufacturer warranty covering core hydraulic systems, neural link processing units, and structural integrity.
Can I customize the paint and weaponry loadout?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select custom RAL color codes and modular attachment points for various industrial or defensive tools.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
Unused units can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original crates. A 15% restocking fee applies due to the specialized logistics involved.
